2025-2026 Career Advancement Scholarship

The Zonta Club of Frankfort proudly offers another $1,000 scholarship to a woman meeting the following criteria:

  • A Clinton County resident
  • A woman 19 years or older at time of application
  • Shows ability to complete education or upgrade skills
  • Admitted to or cleared for admission to an academic or vocational school licensed by the State of Indiana
  • Has a plan for schooling with objectives and can provide tuition and fee information.

Completed application due no later than May 16, 2025.

(Members of Zonta and their immediate families are ineligible.)

Scholarship money must be applied to tuition, books, supplies, and / or expenses for the course of study, with evidence of enrollment and expenses form the College /University to be supplied to the Frankfort Zonta Club Treasurer by the applicant prior to receipt of funds.

Scholarship application must be presented to the Zonta Scholarship Committee and emailed no later than May 16, 2025.

Zonta stands with the YWCA to recognize April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month – April 4, 2025

Members of the Zonta Club of Frankfort joined representatives of the YWCA – Jen Bushmore and Donna Casey,  Frankfort Mayor Judy Sheets, and other members of the community at the Trinity Hope Center on Friday, April 4 to show support to the many individuals who work to address violence and its’ impact in our community. Thanks for all you do!

Club Fellowship Night – February 26, 2025

Our February fellowship event was game night with “ Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition”, with Marvel having the winning score! Snacks and beverages were provided by the committee, adding to a fun time with friends!

Amelia Earhart Program – January 29, 2025

Our Amelia Earhart Program on January 29th brought two of our AE Fellows from Purdue to share information about their research and where they hope to be down the road, along with how they got to where they are now and something about their families.

Held in the Skanta Theatre of the Frankfort Community Public Library, the evening also included a presentation of Amelia Earhart Wings in recognition of receiving this prestigious Fellowship.

The evening concluded with a punch and cookies reception in celebration of their accomplishments.
