Once you have installed the reader double-click on the icon for the form or manual you wish to view, then you can save the file, print it, or just view it. How to save a form in MS Word format: Click on the link Select Save As from the dialog box Indicate where on your computer to save the file Click SAVE When file is saved Open MS Word and then open the file. Manuals are in PDF files. Officer Handbooks are in the works. As soon as they are available, they will be posted. The “Blueprint for Managing a Club” is a PowerPoint presentation by Regine Acquire, presented at the Fall 2003 District Conference.  “A Course for the Future” was adopted at the 2002 Zonta International Convention, Gotenburg, Sweden. The District 6 Area Director’s Manual is formatted to print two-sided (on both the front and back of the page).

House of Representatives Committee Holds Hearing on Human Trafficking

On May 7, the House Foreign Affairs Committee held a hearing, “Local and Private Sector Initiatives to Combat International Human Trafficking.” Chair Ed Royce (R-CA) and Ranking Member Eliot Engel (D-NY) heard testimony regarding government and private sector efforts to prevent and respond to human trafficking within the U.S. and globally.  You can view the hearing archived video at: http://foreignaffairs.house.gov/hearing/hearing-local-and-private-sector-initiatives-combat-international-human-trafficking
